It is with huge pleasure that we announce the launch of the Spanish online version of the International Journal of Psychoanalysis – IJP en español (IJP-es). As the third most spoken language in the world, Spanish is also one of the most important IPA languages. We believe that making the IJP more accessible to Spanish speakers is crucial to promoting the interchange between Anglophone and Spanish speaking psychoanalysts, and a significant step in further opening up the IJP to non-English speaking psychoanalysts.
IJP en español is a Spanish translation of the entire International Journal, excluding book reviews. Issues of IJP en español will appear on PEP approximately two months following the publication of the International Journal, bimonthly – April (Number 1), June (Number 2), August (Number 3), October (Number 4), December (Number 5), February (Number 6).
Along with the IJP Annuals and IJP Open we hope that IJP en español will help further international connections.
